I decided that I will make a list of my New Year's Resolutions so that I have more motivation to complete them. I am going to try and make them realistic and attainable. So, those of you that see this, please leave words of encouragement!
- Exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
- Eat more healthy foods and drink 8 glasses of water a day.
- Take time to spend with each of my children individually.
- Be a better support and source of strength to my husband.
- Learn to fix more things (mostly car things).
- Learn how to sew more things for my home.
- Write in my journal at least weekly (and my blog too!)
- Read my scriptures and pray every day.
Those are what I am going to start on for now. If anyone wants to share their resolutions - I will help to keep you motivated as well! Happy New Year!
