To all of you "Y" members out there. If you haven't signed up for the 12 week challenge, you have NO idea what you are missing out on! Well, let me describe it for you a little bit. Those lunges and squats you hate to do?? Yeah, you do TONS of em!! Haha! Then, for the next two days you are pretty much incapacitated when it comes to running, walking, squatting down to pick up your kids or let them look at something lower than your eye level. Excruciating pain. Let me tell you. BUT - I wouldn't trade it for the world. No Pain, No Gain. Needless to say, I've taken "leave" of the gym for a few days - but I made sure I had plenty of walking in there to still be active (and get points). So, sign up for the 12 week challenge, you'll find muscles you never knew you had hurting in no time!
